The aims of this driver profiling system are:
- To identify the risk that drivers present to the Organisation*.
- To identify the risk that an Organisation's* driving activities present to their drivers.
- To identify ways of reducing any identified risks.
*Within these notes The Organisation is the Company, Charity or other entity that has commissioned Drivex Limited to carry out this driver risk profiling project.
The information held on this driver profiling system will only be stored while the data is being processed and the analysis is being completed. Once the final Driver Risk Management Report for the Organisation has been completed by Drivex Limited and received by the Organisation, all data held by Drivex Limited will be permanently deleted.
For a Driver Risk Profile to be completed the following information will be required:
- Driver's name
- Driver's Date of Birth
- Driver's Driving Licence Number
- Driver's Position within the Organisation
- Year of passing driving test
- Full Licence categories held
- Gender
- Age range
- Previous accident and driving convictions
- Previous driver training courses
- Type, duration and purpose of work-related road journeys made
- Indication of any recent personal or stress issues that may affect driving
None of the information obtained by Drivex Limited will be stored on or compared to any other database.
None of the information obtained by Drivex Limited will be passed to any other individual or organisation.
Details of an individual's personal information held by Drivex Limited can be disclosed to that individual by submitting a Subject Access Request in writing to Drivex Limited. This request will be dealt with within one calendar month of Drivex Limited receiving this request.
